About the event
Join guests Rachel Bush and Savaş Altuntaş for a gentle yoga class concluded with Yoga Nidra and accompanied by live guitar.
In this class Rachel and Savaş will offer the vibration of breath, movement and music to tune the subtle instrument of your body. This class will include some active asana that will gradually wind down to a few restorative postures and conclude with a 20 minute guided meditation.
Bring your cozy socks and eye pillows and get ready to receive. This immersive experience is designed to nourish you inside and out and will be suitable for all levels. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation meant to bring you into a sleep-like state. There is no wrong way to do it- just get comfortable, receive and enjoy!
