ExploreHanoverNH.com is a community‑driven information hub operated by the Downtown Hanover Working Group ("we," "us," or "our"). You can reach us at hanoverwebmaster@gmail.com.

As a rule of thumb, we refrain from collecting Personally Identifiable Information (PII) unless absolutely necessary to deliver our services to you.
- If you sign up for our email newsletter, we will collect your email address to keep you updated about the latest happenings in Hanover.
- If you utilize any payment functionality on our site (for example, the "Donate with PayPal" button), your transaction is processed entirely by the relevant third party payment provider, which governs your payment information as per their respective Privacy Policies.
We also may collect usage data (page response time, length of visit, exit pages, etc.) to continuously refine and improve our services. This information is not personally identifiable.
We do not intentionally collect or process data from users under the age of 13.

3. Why We Collect & Use Information

Providing services – To deliver newsletters, when requested.
